A healthy spine supports better movement, better posture, and a calmer nervous system (which your heart also appreciates). Here are a few easy ways to show your spine some love.

Try this today:

  • Posture check (30 seconds): Sit tall, feet flat, gently pull your shoulders back and down, and imagine your head floating upward. Hold for 5 slow breaths.

  • Thoracic opener: Sit in a chair, hands behind your head, gently extend your upper back over the chair. 6-8 slow reps.

  • Walk it out: A 10-15 minute walk helps circulation, joint motion, and nervous system balance.

You don’t need grand gestures - just consistent care. Your spine will thank you long after the chocolate is gone!
