Stress, Shoulders & Tension
Ever notice how stress shows up right in your neck, shoulders, or jaw?
That’s not random. When stress is high, your nervous system stays “on,” muscles tighten, posture collapses, and pain sneaks in.
Here’s how to break that cycle:
🧠 Simple stress-release moves:
Shoulder shrugs + drops: Lift shoulders to your ears, then fully relax them down. 10 slow reps.
Neck reset: Gently tilt your ear toward your shoulder (no forcing). Hold 10 seconds each side.
Breathing drill: Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds. Repeat 5–8 times.
Bonus tip: Check your shoulders during the day — if they’re creeping up, that’s your cue to reset.
Stress happens. Holding onto it doesn’t have to.
